Dr. Anil Kashyap, MD, DDS, MSc
Founder & Medical Director | Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Kashyap brings an exceptionally comprehensive surgical background to Rêve Plastic Surgery. He earned both MD and DDS degrees and completed residencies in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, a rare dual-surgical foundation that informs both aesthetic and reconstructive care. He completed advanced fellowship training in microsurgery and complex reconstruction at Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master of Science degree in Immunology, adding scientific depth to his clinical approach. Prior to founding Rêve, Dr. Kashyap served as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Oklahoma, where he trained future surgeons and led the VA’s head and neck reconstruction program. His calm, safety-focused approach blends microsurgical precision with a philosophy centered on natural, balanced, and timeless results.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kristina Kashyap shapes the Rêve experience with a refined blend of precision, operational excellence, and unwavering attention to detail. With more than 15 years of experience in clinical research and academic medicine, including time at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, she brings exceptional depth to the safety, structure, and sophistication that define the Rêve standard. Kristina believes every interaction should feel intentional, seamless, and deeply personal. From a patient’s first introduction to the practice through their final stages of recovery, she ensures an experience rooted in excellence, trust, and unmatched concierge-level care.
Ramzy Kirsch, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Ramzy Kirsch is an aesthetic nurse injector known for her refined artistic eye, advanced training, and calm, safety-focused clinical presence. She earned her nursing degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and developed a strong clinical foundation through work in the ICU, as a travel ICU nurse, and in home hospice care, shaping her precision and deeply patient-centered approach. Most recently, she trained under nationally recognized injectors at Cult Aesthetics in Dallas, completing advanced education in facial balancing, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments with a focus on subtle, natural enhancement. Prior to nursing, Ramzy earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas and worked in New York City in fashion and talent scouting, refining her understanding of proportion, symmetry, and visual balance. Originally from the Austin area, she is grateful to be back home, drawing inspiration from the city’s culture, travel, and creative energy both inside and outside the treatment room.
